We are excited to embark on this 10-days journey of deepening our Ashtanga Yoga practice
together. Below, you will find the schedule outlining our daily Mysore-style sessions and the evening
workshops, each with a specific focus.
ON ALL RETREAT DAYS
Morning Mysore-Style Ashtanga Yoga Sessions (Days 1-10):
* Timing: 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM
* Please arrive and start your practice anytime during this window.
* will provide personalized guidance, corruptions and adjustments to support your practice.
Evening Yoga Workshops (Days 1-8):
* Timing: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
* These workshops will dive deeper into various aspects of yoga practice.
DAILY SHEDULE AND PROGRAMME
Day 1: Ashtanga Introduction
* Evening Workshop: Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga, its history, and the primary series.
Day 2: Jump Through and Vinyasa
* Evening Workshop: Exploring the techniques and mechanics of jump-throughs, vinyasas, and
transitions between asanas.
Day 3: Backbending
* Evening Workshop: Dive into the art of backbending, focusing on safe alignment and deepening
your backbend practice.
Day 4: Strength
* Evening Workshop: Develop strength for your Ashtanga practice through targeted exercises and
asanas that build power and stability.
Day 5: Inversions
* Evening Workshop: Learn the fundamentals of inversions, including headstand and shoulderstand,
and their variations.
Day 6: Hip Opening
* Evening Workshop: Explore hip-opening poses and stretches to enhance flexibility and mobility in

* Evening Workshop: Build on your inversion practice by working on more advanced inversions and
Day 8: Arm Balancing
* Evening Workshop: Master arm-balancing postures, including crow pose, side crow, and other
challenging arm balances.
For Days 9 and 10, we can either repeat or choose additional themes, such as pranayama,
meditation, or a deeper exploration of the primary series, based on your preferences and needs.

All participants must have some previous Yoga experience.
Suitable for beginners as well as intermediates.
