RETREATS COMMENCE 10TH-20TH EVERY MONTH UNTIL MARCH 2024
This retreat is designed to support guests over 47 years who are beginning in their yoga practice or are experiencing the spiritual and physical practice of yoga for the first time. No matter your level of fitness or physical capabilities, this retreat will be nourishing and healing as you delve into the yogic teachings at your own pace.
Be inspired to make positive changes to your lifestyle - whether it be improving your sleep, regulating your digestion, calming your nerves or healing from injuries - the knowledge and practices offered within this retreat will serve as a guide to self-govern your healing journey.
You will have the opportunity to consult with our in-house Ayurvedic doctor and yoga therapist along with facilitators to gain a full spectrum picture of your health and well being. From there a specialised care plan is created to support your personal needs including plant-based/detox meal plan, physical practices, Ayurvedic massage and treatments, practical and informational sessions and of course the daily Yoga sessions. Sessions will be a combination of one-to-one as well as group sessions, at times with different retreat guests.
Nestled in seven acres of lush vegetation and home to a wide variety of bird species, Hinterland Village is the ideal place to experience the warm hospitality of a Kerala village and be ready to taste some delicious home cooked authentic Kerala food.
