This is an intensive 6 days yoga retreat for beginners and intermediate practitioners of Yoga who wish to establish one's own disciplined daily routine. This retreat is also specially suited for newly certified yoga teachers who wish to polish and upgrade their teaching and practicing skills. Participants will attend daily 2 yoga sessions in Hatha and Ashtanga styles, including Pranayama practices and meditation.
Nestled in seven acres of lush vegetation and home to a wide variety of bird species, Hinterland Village is the ideal place to let go of all your worries and focus on the upliftment and rejuvenation of your inner self. This is a holistic retreat wherein participants will get an opportunity to learn as well as re learn asanas , pranayamas and other yogic practices in a traditional and correct manner.

6:30-8:30 am - Special indepth Hatha style group yoga session focusing on the 8 limbs of yoga (Astha Sidhi), practices to attain vital energy through an integrated approach of yoga therapy. The sessions will also be aimed at posture correction and proper alignment of various asanas.

4-6 pm - Special indepth Ashtanga mysore style yoga sessions including introduction to primary series, sun salutation A&B, standing, sitting and finishing sequence, vinyasa, jump forward & back, backends & pranayamas
